To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to heartily recommend Mission Leader as in informative and inspiring organization. Mark and Steve did an incredible job of leading our Serve the World Weekend. Their biblical teaching and stories of their first hand experiences on the mission field were used by the Holy Spirit to spur us on to a broader would view of the Gospel. I was personally moved to begin my own cross-cultural ministry here in Warner Robins. Their leadership in our weekend not only broadened our vision but deepened our church members’ relationships with each other. The result was a church body with a stronger resolve to Serve the World with meaning.

Thanks Mark and Steve for being Mission Leaders!

Dear Steve and Mark:

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Mission Leader Inc. (MLI)

Park Cities Baptist Church engaged MLI to assist the church in developing a unique Word Christian strategy. These services included exploration of Biblical principles for missions, assessment of current mission priorities, development of value driven objectives and recommendations for decision systems to implement the resulting strategy. These services began in January of 2007 and concluded in September 2007.

Through a series of meetings with the Strategy Planning team representing the missions ministry and related work in between meetings MLI was able to deliver assessments of the current missions ministry at PCBC, analysis of budgets and missions expeditures, as well as trends in priorities based on surveys of key missions and church leaders. The MLI team also lead in a series of Biblical and missiological studies.

Our team found Mark Morris and Steve Moses to be very knowledgeable in the field of Missions yet easy to work with. One of the unique aspects of MLI is their hands-on approach to consulting. They were very willing to roll up their sleeves and work a long side the Park Cities Baptist Church team, as opposed to dictating a pre-determined set of objectives or merely telling us what should be done.

Churches seeking to identify, clarify or re-vision their unique calling in God’s Kingdom work would benefit from the expertise offered by MLI.

If you have any questions concerning this recommendation please do no hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Jeff L. Byrd
